GBC Powersports Consumer Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay!

First of all, we promise not to make you jump through hoops like a circus tiger. We know that returning items can be a hassle, so we're here to make this as easy as possible for you.

If you need to return your tires, here's what you need to know:

 You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your tires.

•  The tires must be in new, unused condition. All returned tires WILL BE INSPECTED  before being re-entered into inventory so they can someday soon be sent to their forever home.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on tires that have been mounted or ridden on.

• You'll need to provide proof of purchase, so make sure you hold onto that receipt like it's a golden ticket. We won't be able to process your return without it.

• Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 5-7 business days.

• If you received free shipping on your original order, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. We always go above to serve our customers, but we can't afford to ship tires for free all the time!
